It Won't Be Soon Before Long is the second studio album by the American pop rock band Maroon 5. It was released in May 2007 by A&M Octone Records, as the follow-up to their debut album Songs About Jane (2002). The name was inspired by a phrase the band adopted to keep themselves motivated while on their tour. The album debuted at number one on the . Billboard 200, selling around 430,000 copies in its first week and, as of 2011, approximately 5 million copies worldwide.

Record sales for It Won’t Be Soon Before Long proved that Maroon 5 did not fall into a sophomore slump. It went multi-platinum in the United States and peaked in the top 10 in 17 countries. Five singles were released from the album, with the most popular being Makes Me Wonder, which they performed in several television appearances. The original release in 2007 had twelve tracks. A year later, Maroon 5 re-released the album with six more tracks, included a re-recorded version of If I Never See Your Face Again featuring Rihanna. It Won’t Be Soon Before Long Q&A.

Maroon 5's second album is still great, strong both musically and thematically. This view does a disservice to the band and the album, though. Taken as a whole, It Won’t Be Soon Before Long is a mature look at an incredibly complicated relationship, a wholly complete picture that’s messy in a way that feels real. After the opening salvo of pettiness and jealousy, there comes a more introspective stretch, kicked off by Won’t Go Home Without You, as Levine begs and works to salvage the relationship.

5 go home without you won't be soon before long for the masses. Her voice is most prominently heard on the track above, Kiwi, from Maroon 5’s second studio album, It Won’t Be Soon Before Long. You can also hear Rashida’s voice on the songs Tangled, Secret, and Not Coming Home from Maroon 5’s first album, Songs about Jane. 5 Jones won't be soon before long.

Sound - 7 Since Maroon 5 released the hit singles This Love and She Will Be Loved back in 2004, it seems like the production value of the band's studio recordings have had a noticeable increase. The Los Angeles natives' latest release It Won't Be Soon Before Long immediately focuses more attention toward things like enhancing keyboard effects, and in the first few songs it pays off. It's in those first moments where we hear the funkier tracks that are brought to life by added instrumentation.
