i'm going to continue working on the full length we were working on when we broke up/went on hiatus. also expect a 4 song ep of scraps from last spring soon. thanks for everything. 25 Şubat, 17:22 · Herkese Açık. A Horror in the Form of Cacophony, by Ashala Rock. 23 Ocak, 19:33 · Herkese Açık.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show is a 1975 musical horror comedy film by 20th Century Fox produced by Lou Adler and Michael White and directed by Jim Sharman. The screenplay was written by Sharman and actor Richard O'Brien, who is also a member of the cast. The film is based on the 1973 musical stage production The Rocky Horror Show, with music, book, and lyrics by O'Brien. The production is a parody tribute to the science fiction and horror B movies of the 1930s through to the early 1960s

A Horror in the Form of Cacophony is the second full length album by Ashala Rock. Its got emo and indie influences written all over it, heavily inspired by bands like Mineral. They're a bit more noisey, out of time, and out of tune. I don't think Tim (the guy who plays all of the instruments) even knows how to play even remotely on time. Everything sounds like one big mess. Not even a good mess. The lyrics are really depressing and honest. There's a lot of potential, because some of the riffs are actually really cool sounding and the album has a nice sound to it, but Ashala Rock is no where near being something that anyone would find enjoyable. I'd recommend for Tim to spend some more years practicing. He releases too much music, and isn't showing any signs of improving. Give him a couple years, and he might be amazing.
